While he may be done with the UFC for now Nate Diaz still knows how to spice up the MMA world.
Everyone was still reeling from Israel Adesanya’s defeat to Alex Pereira at UFC 281, but Nate Diaz and Dillon Danis decided that the UFC world needed more to talk about.
The pair came face to face outside of Madison Square Garden following the event in footage captured and put online.

Danis is a training teammate of Conor McGregor so no love is lost between himself and Diaz.
Surrounded by a group of onlookers it looks as if the pair had exchanged words before the start of the video.
MMA manager Audie Attar is trying to reason with Diaz, telling him: “My kids are here.”

However, Danis and a teammate of his don’t seem content to let the beef sit, as they look to rile up Diaz once again.
And well, one of Danis’ teammates cops a slap for his trouble.
The two groups are separated by those around them, but not before Diaz throws a drink at the two fighters.
And while there’s no footage of it happening, Danis later alleged that he was the one smacking the former UFC fighter.

He tweeted: “Ask Nate Diaz how that smack tastes.”
Danis later wanted to continue the feud, tweeting: “MMA or boxing I finish Nate Diaz in under 30 seconds or everyone who likes this gets 10k.”
Danis is 2-0 in MMA but hasn’t fought since June 2019.

Meanwhile, Diaz’s UFC contract came to an end after his fight with Tony Ferguson.
However, their rivalry has been brewing since 2016, following Diaz’s post-fight press conference after his rematch with Conor McGregor.
Diaz claimed Danis was on his ‘hit list’.
He said: “That jiu-jitsu coach he’s got, you know I’m going to get that motherf***er man.

“That guy is on my hit list. This is America and he is over there representing with them?
“And then he wants to load up at a press conference like he’s hard. That’s the reason that the fools got rushed at the press conference too is because they rolled up all making a scene like, ‘We’re the hardest s**t in town.’ ”
Danis responded claiming he’d be happy to take on Diaz in an MMA bout.
He said: “I don’t know what that means, I’m on his hit list.
“But if he wants to do MMA, I’ll fight him in MMA if he wants. He can do a CM Punk with me and bring me into the UFC. He can be my first fight. I’ll fight him in a couple months, whatever he wants to do.”
Looks like Diaz is trying to beef with everyone and their dad since finishing up at the UFC.
