A photograph of John Daly living his best life has gone viral online.
The golf icon was recently snapped enjoying a slap on the pokies after a long day at the PGA Championships.
The 1991 champion started the opening round of the prestigious tournament strongly, but unfortunately his form didn't last as he fell out of the top 10, eventually finishing on +2 at the Southern Hills Country Club.

And to take the edge off a bit, the two-time Major winner decided to hit the slot machines at a local casino believed to near Tulsa, Oklahoma.
But Daly didn't go unnoticed as some eagle-eyed fellow punters instantly recognised him and took a picture.
The image of the great man was then posted on Twitter by Old Row Sports and started racking in a bunch of likes with golf supporters and John Daly super-fans alike flocking to the comments section too.

One guy replied: "This guy is living all our dreams."
While another said: "This bloke is a role model to all."
As one added: "We must keep this man safe from everything but himself."
And a fourth chimed in, commenting: "It's called no fucks given!! Daly living his life for him not anyone else."

Meanwhile, another person came up with a genius idea.
"Someone needs to sponsor a trip to tournament where you can hang with Daly for the week," the fan tweeted.
"That'd be a bucket list item."

Others took the time to point out the pack of ciggies and can of Diet Coke sitting nearby too.
"Consistency is the key to golf," one bloke commented.
During the PGA Championships, Daly's diet of cigarettes, multiple Diet Cokes and several packs of peanut M&Ms seemed to get viewers' attention too.

Daly's, shall we say, relaxed lifestyle has seen him earn a place in golf folklore.
From his legendary fashion sense on the course to his larger-than-life personality away from it, the man really is a cult hero.
But the 56-year-old's way of living appears to have caught up to him having had a number of underlying health issues in recent years.
Not only has he reportedly had strokes in the past, but apparently Daly has been battling bladder cancer.
“The problem is the tumour is big... I mean, I got Dr. Ball here in Tampa. He’s awesome,” Daly told the Full Send Podcast in 2021.
“So I go every six months to get checkups now instead of every three months. Do it for five more years”.
