Lionel Messi wants Inter Miami to sign another Ballon d'Or winner next summer, it has been claimed.
Messi became the biggest signing in the history of MLS when he arrived in Miami this summer following the expiry of his PSG contract.
The Argentinian global icon quickly hit the ground running in the United States, helping his new side to win the Leagues Cup.

He scored in all of the seven games he played, with a total tally of 10 goals and one assist in those appearances.
Messi's side have won three and drawn one of the four MLS games he has appeared in, lifting them off the bottom spot in the Eastern Conference.
The 36-year-old has, however, missed four of the last five games through injury - and Inter Miami haven't won any of them.

Fellow new signing Jordi Alba is also injured, with Sergio Busquets the other top European star to join the club this summer.
Inter Miami's recruitment drive is attempting to ensure they become the best team in MLS - and Messi reportedly wants another superstar to join the club.

According to former Yugoslavia and Real Madrid forward Predrag Mijatovic, Messi is interested in the possibility of his club signing Real star Luka Modric when his contract expires.

Mijatovic, who has previously revealed details of discussions he has held with the Croatian, told Spanish radio station Cadena SER: "He [Modric] has received offers from the United States, from many teams and from this one in particular.
"He already had the one in Saudi Arabia but he wanted to stay in Madrid.
"Messi himself has personally been interested in the possibility. In Croatia, a few days ago, Modric met [Inter Miami owner, David] Beckham, where they were eating."
Modric, now 38, won the Ballon d'Or in 2018 after winning the Champions League with Real and helping Croatia to the World Cup final.

He was linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League last summer, but opted to extend his contract at the Bernabeu for another year.
Currently on course to become a free agent this summer, he could add even more star power to Inter Miami as they look to fulfil Beckham's dream of winning MLS.
