Manchester United and Liverpool have submitted rival offers to sign PSG forward Kylian Mbappe this summer, according to a new report.
Mbappe has told PSG, as per The Athletic, that he will be leaving the club as a free agent this summer, having opted not to sign a contract extension.
RMC Sport claim that the Frenchman has informed his PSG team-mates about his decision, although has not named which club he will be moving to.

The outlook is starting to look slightly more clouded for the Frenchman, with Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United the quartet of English clubs to have been linked with making a move for Mbappe.
According to French outlet Le10Sport, United have already submitted an offer to Mbappe's entourage as incoming minority owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe looks to make a marquee signing in his first summer in charge of the club's footballing operations.
It is also claimed that Mbappe and Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp have spoken over several telephone conversations, although the outlet adds that the impending departure of the German at the end of the season will likely weaken the Reds' chances.

Meanwhile, links with a move to Real Madrid continue to surface.
Spanish outlet Marca say that he will be joining Real Madrid - and claim he has already signed a five-year contract to join the club as a free agent from July, where he would become one of their highest earners.
Real are yet to publicly comment on the matter, unlike previous scenarios where they have denied any interest in the France captain.

According to BBC Sport, Los Blancos have a specific date for when the forward could be announced - if he puts pen to paper on the contract.
It is claimed that Mbappe could be announced as a Real Madrid player as soon as it becomes clear that Real and PSG will not face each other in this season's Champions League.
With both clubs currently competing in the last 16 of the competition, and carrying leads from their first leg ties, they are in a position to reach the quarter-finals.
The last eight fixtures take place between April 30 and May 8, with the draw for that round and both the semi-finals and final taking place on Friday, March 15.
