A fan was turned down when he appeared to ask Roy Keane for either a selfie or an autograph during this weekend's NFL International Series game between the New York Giants and Green Bay Packers.
The former Manchester United midfielder made a surprise appearance at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday afternoon as the Giants picked up a 27-22 win against their opponents.
A few celebrities were present on the day, including Game of Thrones star Kit Harington. But it was Keane who entertained the masses with a typically no-nonsense response to an eager fan.

As you can see in the footage below, a man walked over to Keane, who was watching on from the stands.
After a very brief interaction, the Sky Sports pundit pointed towards the pitch as if to say, I'm watching the game.
The fan quickly excited the scene and Keane looked towards the action with a stern look. Laura Woods, who was presenting the NFL show on ITV, analysed the scene.

"Have a little look at this," she said. "If you were to spot Manchester United legend Roy Keane, what would you think to do? Go and ask him for a selfie? What would the answer be? A hard no!"
Keane was then accused of looking "irritated" by a studio guest. As you can imagine, his reaction picked up plenty of reaction on social media.
One fan said: "Flicking between NFL & BTCC. On the NFL Roy Keane is watching in the stands and a fan has walked up to a seated Roy and asked for a selfie, now I'm not a lip reader but 100 % certain he told the fan to f**k off."

A second commented: "Roy Keane at the NFL with the hardest hit of the afternoon," while a third said: "Roy Keane giving someone a bollocking for asking for a selfie at the Giants Packers game hahahaha."
Let's be honest. Most of you reading this will have spotted at least one famous face in public. You frantically scramble for your phone to take that all important selfie because let's face it, nobody will believe you if photographic evidence isn't submitted.
Trying to act somewhat normal you walk a bit faster than usual to approach the celebrity and nine times out of ten, they say yes and pretend to smile for the camera.

However, some famous faces might not fancy a picture: enter Roy Keane.
The man who destroys hopes and dreams with his often straightforward and brutal punditry is also known to play up to the camera when approached in the street.
England cricketer Jimmy Anderson told a story of how Keane responded when someone asked for a picture and it's gold.

Keane simply responded "Why?" to the request, and the person responded: "Just to show my mates."
The former Manchester United midfielder then ended with conversation with the line: "Just tell them you've seen me" and that was it. Game over.
That being said, you might catch Keane on a good day.
He has been known in the past to pose next to fans but as you'd expect the amount of effort put into his facial expressions are a tad weak. Take a look at some of these classics.
