Mark Goldbridge has weighed in his two cents on a potential transfer value for Marcus Rashford after the Manchester United star’s exquisite run of form.
Rashford has seen a remarkable turnaround in form under United boss Erik ten Hag this season and played an instrumental part in the Red Devils’ top-four challenge.
The 25-year-old in-form United forward has taken his club goalscoring tally for the season to 18 in only 29 matches across all competitions.

Rashford scored an impressive nine times in nine consecutive appearances at Old Trafford this season to equal the record of United legend Dennis Viollet.
But the United star was unable to break the aforementioned longstanding record after VAR ruled out a potential Rashford opener against Reading in the FA Cup.
Rashford is out of contract in the summer of 2024 and United are eager for the England international to commit his long-term future to the club.

United’s concerns over Rashford’s future have intensified amid intense transfer speculation linking him with defending Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain.
Goldbridge was asked by a fan what he thinks Rashford would be worth in the current market with only a year left on his existing United deal.
The United fan presenter believes Rashford could still fetch the Premier League club a hefty transfer fee of no more than £100m if they sold him in the summer.
However, Goldbridge suggested that the England star’s transfer value would skyrocket if he signed a new five-year deal, as Rashford would be worth “north” of £150m.

“Well, he’s only got one year left on his deal, so I wouldn’t go anywhere, anything over £100m,” he said.
“If he signs a five-year deal, I think you put… his value goes north about £150[million].
“But the modern markets [are] so hard to read, I mean, what’s Kylian Mbappe worth in the modern market? I don’t know.”
Speaking ahead of United’s 3-0 first-leg semi-final win over Nottingham Forest in the League Cup, Ten Hag urged Rashford to commit his future to United.

When asked about contract talks between United and Rashford, Ten Hag said: “The last [question] I can’t answer: it is confidential about talks between clubs and players.

“I think he understands Man United is his club, that’s first but also, in this environment, in this team, I think he is playing his best football.

“He is improving and that is about him because he’s working on the good things. He is giving 100 per cent energy in it and he has a good plan and I think also in this team he can bring his qualities.
“So, this team can help him be in the right position and to score goals, which he is good at. This team is constructed that his qualities come to the fore and I think he knows that.
“But, definitely yes, he is important for us and if we want to get the success we want -- we need him.”
