Ben Jacobs has provided an update on Marcus Rashford's contract negotiations with Manchester United amid interest from PSG.
Rashford has been in excellent form since returning from the World Cup in Qatar, scoring a remarkable 16 goals in 16 games.
Most recently, he bagged a brace in the Red Devils' 3-1 win over Leicester.

As a result, Erik ten Hag is keen to tie him down to a long-term deal at Old Trafford.
The 25-year-old's contract was set to run out in the summer, but in December the club triggered a 12-month extension clause in his deal that will now keep him at the club until at least 2024.

He wrote for CaughtOffside: "Manchester United view Marcus Rashford as integral to everything they are building under Erik ten Hag, who recently confirmed getting the England forward to extend is a "priority."
Jacobs went on to reveal that the club are "much calmer about the situation than over the summer" when Rashford was said to be "more unsettled".
The report also acknowledges Paris Saint-Germain's interest, but indicates Rashford would prefer to stay in Manchester.
"Rashford met with PSG chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi over the summer and the French champions retain an interest," Jacobs added.

"But even then PSG always felt staying at Old Trafford was Rashford’s preference and were fearful they were being used as leverage."
Transfer expert David Ornstein has also reassured fans that a sale of the club should not affect negotiations.
"The discussions over United's sale will not be an impediment to negotiations with Rashford, who is deemed integral to the club's future prospects on the field," he told The Athletic.
United have reportedly slapped a £120m price tag on Rashford in a bid to fend off interest from a number of European clubs.

And now they are hopeful that he will sign a new seal, with the striker reportedly offered a deal worth around £300,000 per week to remain at Old Trafford.
