Manchester United's move for Manuel Ugarte has taken a giant step closer after agreeing terms with Paris Saint-Germain for the Uruguayan midfielder.
United have been intent on bringing a No.6 to Old Trafford before the window shuts, with a number of players being linked.

Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi, who impressed for Spain at this summer's European Championship, was also mentioned at one stage alongside AS Monaco's Youssouf Fofana.
But after agreeing personal terms with Ugarte back in July, it finally looks like United and PSG have shaken hands on a fee for the 23-year-old.

He also claims that Paris Saint-Germain have included a 10 per cent sell-on clause in the agreement.
United have used sell-on clauses on numerous occasions this summer. They secured a hefty sell-on clause in the proposed deal to sell Facundo Pellistri to Panathinaikos.
And they retained a buyback option and a 30 per cent sell-on clause for Will Fish as the academy product joined Championship side Cardiff City for £1 million plus £3 million in bonuses.
But it is fairly unusual for an arrival at Old Trafford to have a sell-on clause inserted into an agreement.

Leny Yoro soon joined for around £58.9 million and ahead of their Premier League opener against Fulham, defenders Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui joined from Bayern Munich.
Now, it appears Manuel Ugarte will be United's final summer signing as they attempt to improve on last season's woes.
