Marcos Alonso's transfer to Barcelona has been reported to FIFA by his former club.
Alonso moved to the Blaugrana on a free in the summer window after his Chelsea contract was terminated by mutual consent.
He signed for Barca on the very same day that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang cut short his spell with at the Nou Camp by heading to Chelsea.

The Spain international penned a one-year contract with the Catalan giants but recently agreed an extension until June 2024 with a €50 million release clause included.
But Union Adarve, who Alonso played for as an academy player, believe they are entitled to compensation over the transfer.
They claim that the deal which saw Alonso join Barca was part of a £11 million swap deal that saw Aubameyang move to Stamford Bridge.

And as per Mundo Deportivo, the fourth division outfit feel they are owed €103,000 in line with FIFA's solidarity system on rewarding clubs who played a part in the development of a player.
Alonso is a Real Madrid youth product and made a solitary appearance for the first-team but he also spent time with Adarve.
They are adamant that it was a joint operation involving Alonso and Aubameyang and say they have information that backs up their claims, hence bringing the case to the world football governing body.

The 32-year-old made his 22nd appearance for Barca in the clash and opening the scoring with a header.
