Borussia Dortmund are plotting a move for Anthony Elanga, according to a fresh report.
Manchester United have been in resurgent form in the past few months.
The club’s 2-1 victory over bitter rivals Manchester City on Saturday was their eighth victory in succession.

Indeed, since City dispatched United 6-3 at the Etihad in October United have lost just one Premier League game.
They now sit in fourth in the Premier League, just a point behind their city rivals though still nine points adrift of table toppers Arsenal.
United’s immense consistency has meant that fewer opportunities have presented themselves to fringe players, such as Scott McTominay, Fred and Elanga.
Indeed the latter appears to be on his way out of the exit door.
Elanga to Dortmund?
According to a Talksport Elanga is a target for Bundesliga side Dortmund, while the Sweden international also has interest from Premier League clubs.

The publication’s transfer guru, Alex Crook, has claimed the Old Trafford club could allow Elanga to leave on loan, with the winger having fallen behind Alejandro Garnacho in the pecking order.
While Everton and Bournemouth are among several Premier League teams interested in the 20-year-old, the Bundesliga side, famous for honing the talents of young players, could be a more attractive proposition.
The Talksport reports adds that Elanga’s future may be dependent on whether United recruit another wide man in the January window or if Jadon Sancho returns to the side this month.
Elanga’s emergence in the United first team was one of last season’s few positives for the Old Trafford club. He featured 27 times last term under former managers Ole Gunnar Solskjær and Ralf Rangnick.

However this season the winger is yet to complete a full 90 minutes in any competition, while he hasn’t scored a United goal in 11 months.
