Sky pundit and former Manchester City defender Micah Richards is stunned by the ability of Liverpool’s main transfer target Jude Bellingham, and has admitted he ‘can’t wait’ to see him in the Premier League.
Speculation surrounding Bellingham’s future has been prevalent all summer, and despite the transfer window being closed, rumours are still circulating concerning the 19 year-old’s next club.
Journalist James Pearce, who focuses his reporting on Liverpool for The Athletic, believes Liverpool will begin to ‘firm up’ their interest in the Englishman in an attempt to lure him to Merseyside.

However, The Athletic also revealed that the Reds will face competition from Europe’s top clubs to secure Bellingham’s signature, including Real Madrid, Manchester City and Chelsea.
The interest that the youngster is attracting is no surprise when you consider his immense ability at such a young age, and when writing for the Daily Mail, Micah Richards spoke of his admiration for the midfielder.
“I still have to do a double-take when I look at his age. He is 19 and running midfields in games of the highest standards."
"There is no ‘could be’ about it — Jude Bellingham is already unbelievable and he is going to be at the heart of this England team for years to come, and I can’t wait to see his progress.”, said the Sky Sports pundit.

“I can understand why Liverpool were so heavily linked with him this summer and why Jurgen Klopp reportedly is a huge admirer — there will no doubt be huge interest in every transfer window from now on.”
Liverpool have had a lacklustre start to the season by their standards, and the only time they have shown glimpses of quality has been when their silky Spaniard Thiago has been in the side.
But the former Barcelona man is extremely injury prone and cannot be relied upon to consistently feature for Jurgen Klopp's side.

Liverpool clearly need to bring in a midfielder, and Jude Bellingham seems like the perfect fit.
