A video compilation of Steven Gerrard's highlights in Liverpool's famous FA Cup victory over West Ham United in Cardiff has emerged amid comparisons between the former Reds captain and Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne.
The City midfielder has recently been compared to Gerrard, particularly after his performance against Real Madrid in the Champions League on Tuesday night. A second half equaliser from the Belgian secured a 1-1 draw for the Cityzens going into their home leg on Wednesday.
However, there have been arguments made that the 31-year-old hasn't yet reached the levels of Gerrard despite winning four Premier League titles compared to the Englishman's zero.
In fact, the former Liverpool captain's ex-teammate Jamie Carragher made a case earlier this week as to why the City star isn't of that elk yet, arguing that he doesn't yet have a single moment he will be best known for.

Speaking as a pundit on CBS Sport after City's draw at Real, Carragher said: "If he [De Bruyne] could be the man who takes them to the Champions League, the treble, it elevates him.
"We’re not questioning his ability, but in terms of where we rank players, we always judge players in the biggest moments in the biggest tournaments. Stevie’s got that Istanbul moment, that’s what I’m talking about
"It’s one game but it’s that moment that you can’t ever take out of your mind when you think of Steven Gerrard. We still haven’t got that one moment for Kevin De Bruyne at the absolute highest level.
"This season could be the season."

In fact, today marks 17 years since Gerrard's famous contribution in the 2006 FA Cup final in which the Englishman equalised twice against the Hammers, the second of which coming in the 90th minute in a 3-3 draw.
Liverpool went on to win on penalties and the final in Cardiff will go down as one of the Reds legend's all-time performances. Now, Liverpool fans have sent a reminder as to why Gerrard is seen in a different elk.
As Carragher eluded to, De Bruyne could end the season with his own 'Gerrard final' with City still in contention to win three trophies. Pep Guardiola's side are on course to lift their third consecutive Premier League title whilst being in the FA Cup final and level on aggregate in the Champions League semi-final going into their second leg at the Etihad next week.
