Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson has been backed by former Tottenham striker Darren Bent to go into management when he decides to call it a day on his playing career.
Henderson has made 449 appearances for the Reds, captaining them during their Premier League and Champions League winning campaigns and will go down as a legend to many of the Kop faithful.
The 32 year-old England international has spent 11 years on merseyside and although he shows no signs of slowing down, his playing career can't last forever.

Darrent Bent believes Henderson won’t be stepping away from football when he decides to hang his boots up. He told talkSPORT.
"100 per cent. I can’t see him retiring, calling it a day and just playing golf. He will want to do something and he could be a manager."
If he did as Bent says, he would of course be following in the footsteps of former Liverpool captain and current Aston Villa manager, Steven Gerrard.
After retiring in 2016, Gerrard became the manager of Rangers, where he was hugely successful, winning the club their 55th league title.

His success in Scotland gained him plenty of potential suitors and he left in 2021 to become the manager of Aston Villa, who he guided to a solid 11th placed finish last season.
Like Gerrard, Henderson has the qualities and leadership skills to become a manager.

It would come as no surprise to see him barking orders on the touchline in the uture.
