While Klopp could be without Nunez for the encounter, with the Uruguay international having suffered an injured shoulder in the weekend victory over the Magpies, Los Blancos will also be depleted.
Carlo Ancelotti’s men travel to Merseyside without midfield duo Toni Kroos and Aurelien Tchouameni, who are both ill.
