Liverpool are closing in on the signing of RB Leipzig star Dominik Szoboszlai and Reds fans are excited after seeing his incredible penalty-taking abilities.
Earlier in the week it was reported that Liverpool may well struggle to complete a deal for the Hungary international but the Reds stepped up proceedings and triggered his €70 million release clause before it expired on June 30.
Newcastle were also sniffing around the former Red Bull Salzburg man but Liverpool now look set to seal a deal for Szoboszlai and make him their second signing of the summer after the capture of Brighton and Argentina midfielder Alexis Mac Allister.
Personal terms have been agreed and a medical will be imminent, with supporters very much onboard with the signing of midfielder.

Szoboszlai has been involved in 28 goal contributions over the last two campaigns in Germany and he's also a brilliant penalty-taker.
A video has been doing the rounds showing Szoboszlai doing the business from 12 yards for club and country, with excellent results.
According to TransferMarkt, Szoboszlai has only ever missed one of the 16 penalties he's taken in his entire career - against Bayer Leverkusen in November 2021.

And it's easy to see why. As the compilation shows, Szoboszlai clearly has a preferred side and regularly goes to the right of the goalkeeper.
From their research, the man in the sticks will be well aware of that and you see many of them guess right.
However, the 22-year-old's combination of power and placement means they very rarely have a chance of saving it.

"Do you know how much you have to back your accuracy and striking to put every penalty in the same corner," one fan wrote on social media.
"The goalkeepers all knew where Szoboszlai was going but it made no difference."
Mo Salah is Liverpool's primary penalty taker but after producing poor attempts against Bournemouth and Arsenal, his position might just be under threat with Szoboszlai's arrival.
