Dressing room footage shows the hilarious nickname Real Madrid players have already given Endrick

Endrick has already been given a new nickname at Real Madrid, with Jude Bellingham behind it.

Brazilian wonderkid Endrick has been given a new nickname by his Real Madrid teammates, as shown in dressing room footage after the UEFA Super Cup win.

Real ran out 2-0 winners over Europa League winners Atalanta to win the competition for a sixth time in Warsaw.

Federico Valverde opened the scoring on the hour mark, before Kylian Mbappe marked his Los Blancos debut with a smart finish from a Jude Bellingham pick-out.

Endrick, who has now joined up with Real following his move from Palmeiras, was an unused substitute but happily posed with the Super Cup trophy and first medal at Real.

At 18 Endrick is already a household name in world football but it appears as though his Real colleagues have a different label for him.

On Instagram, Endrick posted a filtered video of Bellingham on the plane, writing: "What a man, what a physique, what a player @JudeBellingham."

But Bellingham proceeded to repost it to his page, with the caption: "Man like Bobby" - accompanied by star and laughing emojis.

Bellingham also commented 'Vamos Bobby!!!" on Endrick's post and there have been a few fans left confused about the nickname.

However, the reason for Endrick being given the moniker is because he named England and Manchester United legend Bobby Charlton as one of his childhood heroes in a recent interview.

After being asked the question, Endrick answered: “Cristiano and Bobby Charlton."

Charlton scored 249 goals for United, winning three league titles and the European Cup in 1968, having played a key role in England's only World Cup triumph two years prior.

Endrick was born in 2006 but is clearly a fan of Charlton, having name-dropped him after scoring for Brazil at Wembley.

“A guy who is an idol here [at Wembley Stadium] is also Bobby Charlton,” Endrick said.

“Playing in the stadium that Bobby played, scoring on the day Ronaldo debuted. These are very important memories for me.”
