
CBS presenter Kate Abdo aimed a brutal dig towards Micah Richards which left Jamie Carragher in stitches.
As the Champions League action returns, Abdo, alongside Richards, Carragher and Thierry Henry were also back as they headed the coverage for CBS Sports.
Ahead of the match between Manchester City and Bayern Munich, Abdo said to the viewers: âA very warm welcome along to our London studio!

In response to Abdoâs dig, Richards said that he âearnt a lot of money sitting on the benchâ.
At this stage, Carragher jibed in and asked: â[By] doing nothing?â

After Richards replied with âyeahâ, Carragher added: âBit like you here.â
Fans were quick to react to Abdoâs opening lines on social media.

Another tweeted: âStill one of the greatest opening speech ever.â
A third fan added: âThank God she didn't mention his champions league appearances.â

Whilst a fifth commented: âIâll never get tired of Jamie Carragher saying âoouuuuuuâ.â
However, Richards will end up with the last laugh as his former side produced a stunning performance to dismantle Bayern in the pouring rain.
Rodri opened the scoring with a stunning effort in the 27th minute.

In the second half, City moved up the gears to pull even further away thanks to goals from Bernardo Silva and Erling Haaland.
City will now travel to the Allianz Arena next week with one foot in the semi-finals as it will take a monumental effort for Thomas Tuchelâs side to turn this tie around.
