Jack Grealish is well known for having the most defined calf muscles in football, and now the Manchester City star has revealed just how they look so good.
In many ways, Grealish might be most relatable and likeable footballer around in the Premier League at the moment, at least after he apologised for breaking the lockdown rules three years ago.
The City forward's honest and open post match interviews, even being able to acknowledge his own lack of scoring since his £100 million move, are certainly a breath of fresh air.

Outside of football, the 27-year-old's love of the Home Alone movies, and decision to have a tour around New York, because of the films, instead of doing fitness work made him even more likeable.
The fact he orders a Chinese take-away after every City game is another part of his life that football fans could definitely imagine themselves doing.
However, that it costs him £56 is definitely not something we can imagine, considering that could cover some people's entrie weekly shop.

Where Grealish differs from pretty much everyone, including his fellow professional footballers, are his calves, that have become the focus of attention for many wandering eye.
Whilst it looks like he must spend extra time in the gym on them, the former Aston Villa captain has revealed that he's just a freak of nature, rather than nurture.
"I actually don’t do anything," the 27-year-old told the Daily Mail, "It’s just something that runs in the family. My grandad always had big calves when he used to play football.
"But I don’t do any calf exercises or calf routines in the gym or anything. Honestly, it’s just something that I’ve had since I was young." - yeah, he's not that likeable any more is he...

The beautiful sculptured weapons of the forward's arsenal are even more pronounced because he usually wears his football socks very low.
And it seems those natural muscles couple with some shrinking garments during his days playing in the Midlands are the reason behind the hosiery being far down his legs.
"I think I was about 14 or 15 and we were sponsored by Macron at Aston Villa, and the socks used to shrink in the wash," the former Notts County loanee added.

"In training, obviously, I couldn’t get them over my calves because the socks were so small. So I started wearing them below my calves in training — and that season I ended up playing really well.
"So then I started wearing my socks below my calves in games as well. It was just something that stuck because I’d had such a good season."
That's the mystery of Grealish's legs sorted then, excuse me whilst I just go and revel in them a bit more!
