Dimitar Berbatov has tipped Harry Kane to stay at Tottenham Hotspur despite Manchester United’s interest in the England captain.
It has been widely reported that United boss, Erik ten Hag, has made Kane his top transfer target for the summer.
Yet according to the Mirror, Tottenham are determined to resist the Old Trafford club’s advances, with chairman Daniel Levy adamant that Kane will not be sold to a Premier League rival.

While England's record scorer is entering the final 12 months of his Spurs deal, the north Londoners are allegedly prepared to risk the 29-year-old leaving on a free transfer next summer, rather than cash in on the striker now.
One person that can certainly empathise with the tribulations of being the subject of a transfer saga between United and Spurs is Berbatov.
The Bulgarian spent two years in north London before moving to United for around £30million in 2008.
And while Berbatov excelled at Old Trafford, claiming two Premier Leagues and the Golden Boot in his four seasons there, he believes Kane will ultimately stay at Tottenham.
Kane to stay at Tottenham?
Berbatov told SPORTbible Kane was more likely to stay at Tottenham than move to United, given he will not want to tarnish his legacy in north London.

The former United and Spurs striker, speaking on behalf of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, said: “Well, going a couple of seasons back Harry Kane was the obvious choice [for United].
“He's still there as someone being linked to United and probably will be all summer long. We're going to watch another soap opera, probably.
“But I think he's gonna stay at Spurs because his legacy there now is too big. His legacy is enormous. He is their leading goalscorer and when you say Spurs, the first thing that comes to mind is Harry Kane.
“So I don't think he wants to tarnish that legacy. He's going to stay there in my opinion.”
