Extra-marital dating site Ashley Madison has sent a cheeky request to Barcelona legend Gerard Pique after his split with pop sensation Shakira.
Pique first started dating the three-time Grammy winner after meeting on the music video set of Shakira’s iconic ‘Waka Waka’ single for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
Shakira and Pique, who never married, were in a relationship for over a decade and had two sons together: nine-year-old Milan and eight-year-old Sasha.

However, the pair stunned the world last summer after announcing they had split, with former Barcelona defender Pique accused of cheating on Shakira.
Pique, who has since been dating Clara Chia after his rift with Shakira, runs second-tier Spanish side Andorra and has received a hilarious offer from Ashley Madison.
Ashley Madison, the controversial Canadian-based site known for targeting married people, has put itself forward as a potential sponsor for Pique’s Andorra.

According to The Daily Star, Ashley Madison would offer to put up an extra €1m per year into the club if Andorra owner Pique agrees to the arrangement.
The extra-marital website hilariously pitched the idea of bringing in a €50,000 bonus for Andorra players who have non-monogamous stories published about them.

Christoph Kraemer, the managing director of Europe for Ashley Madison, said: “Former world champion Gerard Pique is one of the best-known Spanish footballers internationally and has been the majority owner of FC Andorra for some years.

“Under his guidance, the club has enjoyed an impressive run of successes. We know from our research that many of Ashley Madison’s members are also huge soccer fans.
“It appears that Mr Pique has led a non-monogamous lifestyle, at least as reported by the world’s media and in his ex-Shakira’s last few songs.
“A sponsorship of FC Andorra is, therefore, consistent with our brand values.
“As a brand, we believe that non-monogamy should be lived without prejudice. It is for this reason that we are convinced that this sponsorship would be mutually beneficial.”
