Rio Ferdinand has made a stunning admission about Roy Keane and Paul Scholes amid Manchester United's ongoing struggles this season.
United are in 15th place in the Premier League table after Sunday's 1-0 defeat at Tottenham Hotspur.
Manager Ruben Amorim had just 12 senior players available for the fixture, with Victor Lindelof the only first team member of the bench in north London.

The Portuguese decided not to make any substitutions until the 91st minute, bringing on 17-year-old Chido Obi for his professional debut.
Speaking after the match, Amorim said: "I felt the team was good during the game, and I didn't feel the need to change."
United did miss a number of opportunities to score against Spurs, including a miss by Alejandro Garnacho in the first half.

But their attacking and defensive play was not filled with particular quality throughout the 90 minutes, with United legend Gary Neville calling out Amorim's midfield setup - consisting of Casemiro and Bruno Fernandes - while commentating live for Sky Sports.
Now, Ferdinand has made a major claim about the quality of the current United squad, and how fellow legends Scholes and Keane would fare.
On the latest edition of his 'Rio Ferdinand Presents' podcast, he said: "I don't know if any of us could perform in this team. Roy Keane, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes... I know none of us would be at the level that we were ever at in this team.
"I can't imagine being a player there now. And we've got all these pundits, ex-players like myself, we all played at United in the great times, the good old days. It must be so difficult now for these guys.

"I can't believe any of them even go out of their house. Because I wouldn't. We used to lose a game and you wouldn't see me. I'm not on the school run on Monday morning. I didn't want to be seen. I don't really want to fill my car with petrol."
