Arsenal fan Piers Morgan claims that Manchester United can no longer be considered a 'big club' for one key reason.
Ruben Amorim's side lost 4-1 at Newcastle on Sunday to register their 14th defeat of the Premier League season.
United are on course to record their worst finish in terms of points since the 1989/90 First Division season, where they collected just 48 points under Sir Alex Ferguson and lost 16 of their 42 matches.

That season was salvaged by an FA Cup win, ensuring qualification for the Cup Winners' Cup - which United also won by defeating Barcelona in the final.
That has some parallels to the current campaign, with United still in the Europa League and able to qualify for next season's Champions League.
But failure to progress past Lyon in the second leg of their quarter-final at Old Trafford on Thursday would effectively render the rest of the season meaningless, with European qualification all but impossible via league position.

And taking to Twitter during their defeat at Newcastle, Morgan explained why United should no longer be considered to be a 'big club'.
He wrote: "It's time Manchester United was officially downgraded from being categorised as a 'Big Club'. To be that, other teams have to fear you, and nobody's feared United for many years now."

When a fan asked why Arsenal could be considered a 'big club' considering their lack of silverware in recent decades, Morgan replied: "Mate, you're 14th in the league and just got hammered 4-1 by Newcastle. We're second in the league and just hammered European Champions Real Madrid 3-0.

"Your trophies were meaningless which is why Ten Hag got fired. 'Big Clubs' only care about the Premier League and Champions League."
