Marcus Rashford has broken his silence following an ugly altercation with a Manchester United fan.
If there is one player whose struggles sum-up Man United's fortunes this season, then it is Marcus Rashford.
The England star scored 30 goals in all competitions last season as Erik ten Hag oversaw United's return to the Champions League in his first year in charge.

This season Rashford's return has been eight goals, and like his teammates, he has looked sluggish and devoid of confidence for much of the campaign.
As a graduate of United's academy, Rashford faces a higher level of scrutiny than most of his teammates.
Many supporters have grown tired of his poor performances this term, and on Wednesday that resulted in an ugly altercation at Old Trafford.

Rashford confronted a fan who was heckling him as he and his teammates warmed up before United's 3-2 win against Newcastle.
It's not clear what the supporter and player said to each other, but footage of the incident went viral on social media.
Later on Wednesday evening, Rashford posted on Instagram for the first time in five weeks to mark a special milestone, and to thank United fans for their loyal support.
"It's a special feeling to say that I have played 400 times for United. Thank you," Rashford wrote alongside three photos of him from the win against Newcastle.

Victory put United level on 57 points with the Magpies, although Ten Hag's side stay in eighth place due to having a vastly inferior goal difference.
If United beat Brighton on the final day and Newcastle drop points against Brentford then the Red Devils will move up to seventh place.
Seventh place will be enough to qualify for the Europa Conference League if Manchester City beat United in the FA Cup final.

If United beat their neighbours then they will claim a place in the 2024-25 Europa League.
