Marcus Rashford has been handed an important piece of advice ahead of his Aston Villa debut as he looks to reignite his career.
The 27-year-old left Manchester United on Sunday as he completed a loan move to fellow Premier League side Villa, the deal reportedly includes an option to buy for a fee of £40 million.
Rashford will be looking to rediscover his best football after his United career came to a drastic halt when Ruben Amorim arrived at Old Trafford.

The Englishman was left out of United's squad to face Manchester City in December. Since then, Rashford has failed to play a single minute for the Red Devils, with Amorim pulling no punches when asked to explain the forward's continued absence.
Ahead of his Villa debut, Rashford has been told that he has to have a six-word message constantly in his head that he somewhat failed to have at United.
Speaking to TribalFootball, Rangers and Scotland legend Ally McCoist spoke about Rashford's move to Villa.

He said: "You would think they’re a team suited to his play. And just as importantly, he’s going to have a top manager who will do everything to get the best out of him.
"But here’s the thing I like most about this whole thing: for the first time in a long, long time, there’s a great deal of pressure on Marcus Rashford. He now has to turn up and deliver and I don’t mind seeing that."

McCoist then hinted at what Rashford should be saying to himself if he is to become a success at Villa Park.

The Scotsman added: "I initially thought in an ideal world the best thing for him would have been going to France or Spain or something like that.
"To get a little bit of peace. However, he’s done the opposite thing and fair play to him. He’s going to a club where there’ll be just as much scrutiny on him.
"I know you might say Manchester United are the bigger club than Aston Villa. However, the focus on Rashford and Aston Villa now will be immense. He’ll know that and by doing this, he’s saying; ‘Right, I’m up for this challenge.’ I’m really looking forward to seeing what will happen."

Taking to social media after completing his move to Villa, Rashford wrote: "I would like to thank Manchester United and Aston Villa for making this loan deal happen.
"I was lucky to have a few clubs approach me but Aston Villa was an easy decision - I really admire the way that Aston Villa have been playing this season, and the manager's ambitions. I just want to play football and am excited to get started. I wish everyone at Manchester United all the best for the rest of the season."
Villa are back in action this weekend when they take on Tottenham Hotspur in the fourth round of the FA Cup on Sunday afternoon.
