Marcus Rashford's wage has been revealed following his transfer to Aston Villa, and it's left fans in shock.
In perhaps the biggest signing of the January 2025 transfer window, Manchester United star Rashford secured a loan move to Premier League rivals Aston Villa.
The 27-year-old was linked with several clubs throughout the month but has now decided to play in claret and blue until the end of the season.

Following the move, the winger's salary has been revealed, and it has shocked fans of both Aston Villa and United.
Rashford's £325,000 per week salary at United was said to have been a major stumbling block in negotiations with several clubs, leading to many fans questioning how much Villa would be contributing after the deal was confirmed.
Before the deal was confirmed, several reports claimed that Villa would be paying a significant amount of Rashford's salary, with some suggesting they could cover as much as 75% of the weekly wage.

But now, the exact amount that Rashford's new club has been revealed as, according to Capology, they are set to pay £225,000 per week for the Englishman's services, making him the highest paid player in the squad.
Shockingly, Rashford will be earning a massive £95,000 more than Villa's star man Ollie Watkins, who doesn't even make it into the top three highest earners at the club.
Instead, Emiliano Martinez, Youri Tielemans and Boubacar Kamara are all tied second as the club's biggest earners with a weekly salary of £150,0000 a week, while Amadou Onana and new signing Donyell Malen are tied third earning £10,000 a week less.
Meanwhile Morgan Rogers, who has arguably been Villa's best player this season, is paid £75,000 a week.

Reacting to what Villa are paying for Rashford every week, one United fan wrote: "Currently dancing in my living room with utter joy."
Another added: "So united will just pay 75k every week until he's off their books in the summer? Nice.
"Since when MUFC does business like this? Well, I love it."

While a frustrated Villa fan simply wrote: "THE GAME IS GONE!"
