Manchester United will target a second transfer in January after completing a move for Patrick Dorgu, according to Fabrizio Romano.
United agreed a £25 million fee to sign the Denmark international wing-back from Serie A side Lecce on Tuesday.
Dorgu is set to become the first senior United signing under the management of Ruben Amorim, with the 21-year-old set to undergo a medical in the coming days.

Amorim has repeatedly stated that completing incoming transfers would be difficult in January unless United managed to offload players.
They have loaned out Antony to Real Betis and will now, according to the Daily Mail, turn their attentions towards a temporary move away from Old Trafford for Tyrell Malacia once Dorgu's arrival is made official.
Alejandro Garnacho is also attracting keen interest from Napoli and Chelsea, who are both looking to sign the Argentinian on a permanent deal.

That would surely make space for another major signing - and Romano claims that United have already identified who they want to bring to Old Trafford.
Taking to Twitter, Romano says that the club will target the loan signing of forward Mathys Tel from Bayern Munich.
Reports have claimed that Tel has informed Bayern that he wants to leave the club before the German transfer deadline of February 3.
The 19-year-old has made just eight Bundesliga appearances this season under Vincent Kompany, and Arsenal, Tottenham and United are all said to be tracking him ahead of a potential move.

Tel moved to Bayern from Ligue 1 side Rennes for €20 million in 2022 but his price tag is likely to be significantly higher than that figure.
Sky Sports Germany report that he has already rejected a move to Chelsea before the end of the window, due to the number of options the Blues already have in attacking areas.
A move to Spurs, Arsenal or United, therefore, may appeal for exactly that reason, as the three clubs are currently suffering from injury problems or a simple lack of quality in those areas at present.

David Ornstein of The Athletic has since reported that United will target Tel if he is strictly made available for loan by Bayern, and should other players leave the club. However, he adds that they are not actively pursuing the forward until they are able to complete outgoing deals.
