Manchester United have released a further statement on Antony as police investigate allegations of domestic violence made against him.
The Brazil winger has been accused of assault and domestic violence by his ex-girlfriend, Gabriela Cavallin. Greater Manchester Police are launching enquiries into the allegations, as confirmed to The Telegraph, while police in Sao Paulo are also investigating.
Antony released a statement on his Instagram on Monday, in which he denied any wrongdoing.

United released an initial statement on the matter on Tuesday, which read: "Manchester United acknowledges the allegations made against Antony and notes that the Police are conducting enquiries.
