Borussia Dortmund are ready to submit a 'big offer' for one of Manchester United's most highly-rated prospects, according to a new report.
The Bundesliga club have earned a reputation in recent years for giving mostly unproven young talent the chance to flourish in their first-team before selling them on for huge profits.
Jadon Sancho memorably joined Dortmund from Manchester City in 2017 for around £10 million and four years later, they made a £62 million profit after agreeing a deal with Manchester United.

In fact, BVB are keen on doing business with the Premier League side again. A report from Football Insider suggests they are lining up a significant bid for talented midfielder Dan Gore.
Gore, who made his first-team debut for Erik ten Hag's side in their Carabao Cup clash with Crystal Palace in September, featured for United in their 3-2 win over Aston Villa on Tuesday night.
He has also been selected in three Champions League matchday squads this term but Borussia Dortmund would potentially be ready to offer him more regular first-team minutes.

The above report suggests Dortmund’s recruitment team are keen on making Gore their next target by submitting a "big bid" for the teenager, who joined United from Burnley in 2018.
The German side are also willing to wait until next summer if a January deal does not materialise.
Gore is clearly rated highly by his current employers. He was voted Manchester United's reserve team Player of the Year for the 2022/23 campaign.
And as well as recording a host of impressive performances at club level, the central midfielder has also represented England at youth level.
Ahead of the 2023/24 campaign, Gore said he was planning to get some first-team minutes under Erik ten Hag.

"That is the thought," he said. "It is every young lad's dream to try and get in the Man United team and I think that should be the aim for everyone.
"As long as you're good enough and you put the hard work in, you've seen that he [Ten Hag] gives chances."
Gore has certainly impressed onlookers throughout his time in the United academy. Speaking to the Manchester Evening News earlier this year, former U21 manager Mark Dempsey was full of praise for the midfielder.
"I think he’s a proper footballer, good with the ball, good without the ball, and he can travel with it. His final pass has to improve for me, that’s the last bit for him, but the rest is great," he said.

"I like to see him play football because he’s one of them to get fans off their seats. He smashes into people, technically he’s fantastic and he’s been terrific all season. He’s been captain a number of times and personality-wise, he’s a quiet boy, but he’s a leader."
Dempsey added: "He leads by example. He’s a local lad, he loves the football club and you see that in the way he plays. Whether he’s playing at Old Trafford, a three-a-side at Carrington or at The Cliff, it’s the same performance from the kid and we’ve all got a lot of time for Daniel."
