Pep Guardiola has given an honest admission about his career as a manager amid his most difficult period with Manchester City.
Having won four Premier League titles in a row, City are fourth in the table and eight points off leaders Liverpool after picking up just one win in their last nine games.
City lost four games in a row in the league prior to a 3-0 home win over Nottingham Forest but despite the tough spell and the fact that the 115 charges hearing with the Premier League has concluded, Guardiola has committed his future to the club and signed a new two-year deal.

The Catalan is therefore scheduled to complete a decade of service with City, his longest stint at a club after his time with boyhood club Barcelona and Bayern Munich in Germany.
Guardiola will turn 54 in January and has been linked with a number of national team jobs. But while international football does interest him, Guardiola is adamant that he will not manage another club no matter the country as he "won't have the energy" to start again.
“At some point I will feel like it’s enough and at that moment I will stop for sure,” Guardiola told the Desmontadito YouTube channel, as per The Guardian.

“I’m going to stop. I am not going to join another team, I’m not going to leave to go to another country [for a club]. I won’t have the energy. Now I’m still here, but to think about starting again, the whole process of training – no, no.”
Guardiola was believed to be a dream target for the England job before Thomas Tuchel was appointed but could not give a definitive answer at the time. He has also been tipped to take charge of Brazil one day and the different challenge of international management is one that appeals to the six-time Premier League winner.
"Yes, it could be but that’s different," Guardiola explained.
"It’s not every day [training], every three days [playing]. I think I would have to stop [from the daily cycle]. To rest, to see what we have done, what we can do better, because day-to-day we don’t have much time to rest.

“It’s continuous and to rest I think would be good for me. But right now, no, right now I’m here.”
10-man City drew 2-2 against Crystal Palace in their last game and return to action on Wednesday with a tough away trip to Juventus in the Champions League.
City are currently 20th out of 35 in the Champions League table after taking eight points from five games.
