A Liverpool flop who was branded "the worst signing of the Jurgen Klopp era" is now being forced out of his current club.
Klopp didn't make many mistakes when it came to recruitment during his time at Anfield, with the likes of Mo Salah, Virgil Van Dijk, and Sadio Mane all joining the club in his tenure.
However, one man who didn't have the impact Klopp intended was Brazilian midfielder Arthur Melo who joined the club on loan in the summer of 2022.

Paul Machin of the Redmen TV YouTube channel conceded that Melo was the worst addition Klopp made, telling GiveMeSport that "it can't be classified as anything other than that".
Melo, who played 72 times and won La Liga with Barcelona was widely regarded as one of Europe's most promising stars prior to his big money move to Juventus in 2020.
However, the 28-year-old ended up playing in just ONE game for Liverpool - a 13-minute cameo in a 4-1 Champions League hammering at the hands of Napoli.

Melo struggled with injury during his time at Anfield, but he never looked at home even when he was fit.
Despite reviving his career on loan at Fiorentina last campaign, Melo's return to Juventus this season has not gone to plan, with the Italian club desperate to move the midfielder on.
According to AS, Juventus are trying to get rid of the Brazilian in order to continue cutting the wage bill after the Italian side covered 60% of his wage during his Fiorentina loan spell.

The report states Real Betis were interested in Arthur, with Pellegrini's approval, however, everything stopped when it came to talking about the player's salary.
Melo himself is also believed to want a way out of Turin after not featuring so far this season and has been 'looking for a way out of Juventus' for weeks.
