Liverpool fans have gone into meltdown over comments made by Virgil van Dijk following the Reds' Champions League last 16 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain.
The Reds went out on penalties after the tie was drawn 1-1 on aggregate over two legs.
Darwin Nunez and Curtis Jones both missed from the spot, with their penalties saved by PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.

After the match, Van Dijk was spotted in conversation with PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi and sporting director Luis Campos.
The 33-year-old is out of contract at Anfield in the summer, along with Mohamed Salah and Trent Alexander-Arnold.
And his comments after the match have concerned Liverpool fans further about his future.
When asked about whether he will stay at Liverpool beyond the end of the season, Van Dijk replied (quotes via The Times): "I have no idea. I still have no idea at the moment. Genuinely.

"It is [contract talks] not on hold. Nothing on hold. There's just... I keep saying the same thing. There are 10 games to go, and that is my full focus.
"If there is news, you guys will know it. I don't even know myself. Everyone knows there are some conversations behind the season, but that is about it.
"At the moment, I don't even know what will happen next year. If anyone says they do know, they are lying to your face."

Van Dijk can now open talks with European clubs, as he has entered the final six months of his contract.
The Dutchman's admission appears to indicate he hasn't held talks personally - though Reds fans are still concerned about his non-committal stance on remaining at Anfield at this stage.
One fan wrote: "It would be jarring to see all three go and the owners be defended, but it would happen."
A second said: "After last night, this is just what I needed to read."

And a third added: "Nice one, just what I needed."
A fourth, meanwhile, fumed: "A couple of months left on their deal and they have no idea what's happening?"
