Virgil van Dijk has provided a worrying update on Alisson's injury scare during Liverpool's victory over Crystal Palace.
Liverpool beat Palace 1-0 on Saturday to make it six wins from their opening seven Premier League games.
Arne Slot's team sit at the top of the table, with 18 points on the board.

But the victory at Selhurst Park appears to have come at a major price.
Alisson was forced off in the 79th minute after suffering a suspected hamstring injury, with fans discovering a detail in Giorgi Mamardashvili's Liverpool contract following his summer transfer.
After the international break, the Reds face a hectic schedule, with league games against Chelsea, Arsenal and Aston Villa scheduled for October and November.

Not to mention a huge Champions League clash against Real Madrid on November 27 and a Carabao Cup tie at Brighton.
And it appears Liverpool will be without Alisson for some of those big games if Van Dijk's assessment is anything to go by.
Speaking after his side's win over Palace, Van Dijk was asked about his teammate's injury to which he replied: "Alisson's injury doesn't look good. It looks like a hamstring injury which was already bothering him, and from which he recovered."
During his post-match interview with TNT Sports, Slot said he does not expect the Brazilian to be back until after the November international break.

Vítezslav Jaros, who has had loan spells at Notts County, Stockport County and Sturm Graz, replaced the Brazilian star to make his first-ever Liverpool appearance.
Jaros was on the bench due to Caoimhin Kelleher's absence from the squad.
Slot will be hoping Alisson isn't sidelined for too long ahead of a busy period across three competitions.

The 32-year-old has played six of his side's opening seven league games, with Kelleher playing the other.
But the Irish goalkeeper could be set for an extended spell in goal following his teammate's injury.
