One X user wrote: "Klopp made us see his awesome offensive skills. Now Slot is bringing the defensive side into focus. He was never a bad defender. He was just used more offensively."
A second said: "Defensively f**king solid under Slot. But it’s absolutely no surprise his assists and goals aren't the same."
A third added: "Slot somehow managed to swap his attacking and defensive ability."
Another commented: "9 tackles is mentalll, Slot sacrificed his offensive game for defence."

Alexander-Arnold has shone for Liverpool this season and he's helped his side reach the top of the Premier League at this early stage.
On going top, Slot said: "It's more if you play against Arsenal in their stadium and you can get a draw away from home.
"Brighton are a very strong team as well, they have shown this season. If you face a team like this and are 1-0 down and can come back to a 2-1 win which in my opinion was deserved that gives me a lot of confidence. More than the position we are in."
