Mohamed Salah posted an Instagram story featuring Trent Alexander-Arnold, Ibrahima Konate and Dominik Szoboszlai on Saturday evening – and it sent Liverpool fans into meltdown.
Salah, 32, posted the video on Saturday evening, first showing Konate, 25, and Szoboszlai, 24, before the camera panned to Alexander-Arnold, 26.
The latter has been heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid this summer.

Reports emerged last week that claimed the right-back is close to finalising a five-year contract at the Spanish giants, which would see him leave his boyhood club on a free transfer – although neither club has confirmed this.
The 26-year-old appeared to be in conversation with his teammates during the aforementioned video, which was filmed at someone’s house.
Why Salah, who is also out of contract in June, posted the clip is still unclear but, as you may have expected, Liverpool fans were quick to give their thoughts on social media.

One said: "That instagram story from Salah is a bit weird isn’t it like, it probably means NOTHING, but… what does it mean?"
A second added: "I’m a cryptic man but, Salah is known for his cryptic stories.
"Don’t ignore it and think it’s nothing, that man lives to play mind games through the media. He’s a clever guy."
A third commented: "Salah’s story now has me thinking there’s a chance Trent stays and my head is now gone cause I thought he was gone and ahhhh."

While a fourth explained: "Salah doesn’t post anything to social media that isn’t well thought out or loaded. To me, that Insta story is aimed at the club and suggests they’re still miles apart on any contract. It’s ominous."
As a fifth joked: "Hope Mo cooked Ibou and Dom a steak and gave Trent a pot noodle."

Liverpool return to action in what promises to be a fiercely contested Merseyside derby against Everton on Wednesday evening at Anfield.
Aside from the drama off the field, Arne Slot's side are currently 12 points clear of Arsenal at the top of the Premier League with just nine matches to play, making them huge favourites to lift their 20th top-flight title. Captain Virgil van Dijk is also out of contract this summer, meaning the Reds could face a huge rebuild ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
