Mo Salah's true feelings on his contract situation have been revealed by a body language expert after the Liverpool star's bombshell interview.
On Sunday, after scoring twice in the 3-2 win over Southampton at St Mary's, Salah stunned members of the media when he asked to speak to them in the mixed zone.
The Egypt international very rarely speaks to the press after games but actively sought to address his contract situation, revealing that he is yet to receive a contract offer ahead of his deal expiring at the end of the season.

In a worrying admission for Liverpool fans, Salah stated he is more likely to leave than stay at present.
"We are almost in December and I haven't received any offers yet to stay in the club," Salah said.
"I'm probably more out than in. You know I have been in the club for many years. There is no club like this. But in the end it is not in my hands. As I said, it is December and I haven't received anything yet about my future."

Captain Virgil van Dijk, who is also soon to be out of contract, smirked in the background as he walked past Salah speaking to the media scrum.
Body language expert Darren Stanton weighed in with his view on Salah's behaviour during the interview with the Liverpool press pack, deeming to be a "warning shot" to Liverpool's top brass.
He also noticed a telling hand to mouth gesture and a touch of his head, which appeared to show frustration.

"Salah is sending a warning shot across the bows to Liverpool's upper management," Stanton said, speaking to OLBG.
"He does seem genuine as a man who wants to play out the rest of his career at Liverpool. At nearly 33 he wants a new deal that reflects the longevity he can still offer in the time he has left as a professional player, but if there isn't an offer then he is going to walk.

"That hand to mouth gesture suggests he does feel some pressure to not say too much and overplay his hand but when he touches the top of his head that is anxiety and frustration too, so if we don't see something from Liverpool soon we could be in for some interesting times."
Salah has scored an incredible 223 goals in 367 games for Liverpool since joining the Reds in 2017, including 12 in all competitions this season.
Liverpool have two huge fixtures at Anfield this week as they host Real Madrid on Wednesday in the Champions League, before struggling Manchester City come to Merseyside on Sunday.
