Alexander-Arnold and Gordon started England's Nations League victory over Ireland last Saturday.

Alexander-Arnold tucked inside and picked out Gordon with a sensational long-range pass.
His fellow Scouser failed to round off the move with a goal, but after Caoimhin Kelleher saved his effort - his pass ricocheted into the path of Rice, who fired home.
After the link-up play between Alexander-Arnold and Gordon, England's official X account posted a video online, showing the pair in discussion before heading out.

A fifth marvelled: "Trent is so clear man, literally a forward’s dream."
The exchange between Alexander-Arnold and Gordon comes after Liverpool almost signed the former Everton man from Newcastle this summer.
The 23-year-old nearly transferred to Liverpool, who were set to offload Joe Gomez in the opposite direction.
But the deal collapsed after the Magpies pulled the plug.

Gordon, however, continues to be linked with a switch to Liverpool.
Of course, he came through Everton's youth academy before joining Newcastle in January 2023 in a transfer worth up to £45 million.
