Transfer deadline day has arrived - and Liverpool will be hoping for a strong end to what has been a hectic window.
Three players have already come in, with a deal to bring Ryan Gravenberch to the club from Bayern Munich now almost completed.
But it has largely been a summer of outgoings for the Reds - particularly in midfield. James Milner, Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain were released at the end of their contracts, while Fabinho and Jordan Henderson subsequently moved to the Saudi Pro League on permanent deals.

In a nightmare scenario, though, the Saudi Arabia 'exodus' would not end there.
And that would spell serious trouble for the Reds and manager Jurgen Klopp.
Liverpool's nightmare transfer deadline day

When any Liverpool supporter hears the words 'Al Ittihad', they'll probably break out in some sort of cold sweat.
For the transfer of Fabinho - the club's only fully fit defensive midfielder at the time - left Liverpool scrambling to add more players to their squad.
Al Ittihad paid Liverpool around £40 million for his services, though, meaning there was money and time to replace him.
The same would not be said for Mohamed Salah, if the Saudi Arabian side were to sign him.

According to CBS Sports, they are readying a bid worth around £130 million for Liverpool's star man, and want to make him one of world football's richest players.
Salah's agent, it must be said, took to Twitter to confirm that his client is fully committed to Liverpool. The player himself has yet to comment on speculation.
It is, at this stage, hard to see the 31-year-old actually departing Anfield this summer - particularly after the English window slams shut later today.

But according to RMC Sport, Al Ittihad are now interested in a late swoop for Reds defender Ibrahima Konate, meaning that even if Salah stays, one of his team-mates may leave instead.
Whether Konate stays or not, many supporters believe that a new left-footed centre-back should be on the agenda.
While there are not too many of those around at the elite level, one potential option for Klopp is Sporting Lisbon centre-back Goncalo Inacio.
According to Portuguese outlet Diairia de Noticias, Liverpool are interested in the defender and have been linked with paying his release clause, which is believed to stand at £42.9 million after he signed a new contract.

But time is running out on Liverpool - and they could miss out on signing the highly-rated 21-year-old, who has Champions League experience, this summer.
