Liverpool fans have reacted after former manager Jurgen Klopp made a 'swift' return to the club on Thursday night.
Klopp stepped down as manager at the end of the 2023/24 season after almost nine years in charge at Anfield.
He oversaw a hugely successful spell at the club, winning the Premier League and Champions League as well as several other major trophies.

Klopp announced in his farewell speech to supporters that he would be replaced by former Feyenoord boss Arne Slot, who officially started his role as Liverpool head coach earlier this month.
Klopp said he would take some time away from football before deciding his next move.
But he has made an almost immediate return to Liverpool, for non-footballing reasons – to watch the first of three Taylor Swift concerts at Anfield on Thursday night alongside his wife, Ulla Sandrock.

He took to Instagram to send a message to Liverpool supporters ahead of the show, saying: "I'm not Taylor made obviously, but I'm Taylor ready.
"Let's go to Anfield and have a good night, or a great night would be cool!"
He later posted a picture of himself in a pink cowboy hat, alongside the caption: "I guess I'm officially a Swiftie."
Liverpool fans were quick to react to Klopp's selfie.

"Brilliant," one Liverpool fan posted on X.
"He switched out the Nike caps I see," wrote a second fan.
While another joked: "Sackable offence", following by a crying-laughing emoji.

Klopp is yet to confirm his next move since leaving his role at Anfield but said he was planning to take a "long break" from football, having previously admitted to running out of energy as Liverpool manager.
"Yes, this will be a long break, 100 per cent. It might be it," said Klopp, hinting at potential retirement.
Klopp has been linked with several jobs since leaving Liverpool, including the German national team and sporting director roles in the Bundesliga.
Meanwhile, earlier this week his agent dismissed reports claiming Klopp had agreed to become head of football at RB Leipzig as "total nonsense".

"There's nothing to it," Marc Kosicke told Sky Sports Germany.
