Footage of Andy Robertson's expletive-filled rant at David Coote has re-emerged after PGMOL launched an investigation into alleged footage of the Premier League referee making derogatory comments about Liverpool and their former manager Jurgen Klopp.
A video circulated on social media on Monday which claims to show Coote making disparaging remarks towards Liverpool and Klopp.
Coote, who refereed Liverpool's 2-0 win over Aston Villa on Saturday, is accused of calling Liverpool "s**t" before describing Klopp as "f***ing arrogant".

In the alleged footage, he adds: "Aside from having a right pop at me when I refereed them against Burnley in lockdown, then he accused me of lying and then just had a right f***ing pop at me. I've got no interest in speaking to somebody who's f***ing arrogant."
PGMOL – the refereeing body responsible for professional match officials in England – have since confirmed that Coote, 42, has been suspended pending a full investigation. They will be making no further comment until the process is complete.
Coote, meanwhile, denies inappropriate conduct and has been insistent to PGMOL that the viral video in which he appears is not genuine, according to The Mirror.
Back in 2020, Liverpool full-back Andy Robertson was furious at Coote after the Reds were denied a penalty in the first-half of their Premier League clash against Burnley.

At the full-time whistle Robertson and then-Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp remonstrated with Coote as BT Sport's pitch-side microphones picked up every word of the confrontation.
"How that's not a penalty on me," Robertson says. "What's the point in having it (VAR)? What is the point in having you? Wait until you see it. Wait until you go in and see that and you’ll go, 'How the f*** is that not a penalty?'"
A linesman then suggests that the tackle may have been just outside the box.
Robertson added: "Yous didn’t see f***ing anything. Yous didn’t see anything the whole game apart from f***ing booking him in the last minute. F*** me. What’s the point of having yous in the middle? What’s the point of having you? Eh? F*** me, honestly."

Jurgen Klopp, who was also aggrieved by the decision, approached Coote at the full-time whistle alongside Robertson.
Trent Alexander-Arnold also made his feelings clear, adding: "How the f*** was that not a foul on [Robertson] by the way? F*** me. If it’s not a penalty it’s a f***ing foul then. The contact echoed around the f***ing stadium."
