Fenerbahce boss Jose Mourinho has provided an update about his health after leaving Turkey to undergo surgery.
The 61-year-old Portuguese has been in charge of the Turkish outfit since the summer, having left Italian club Roma midway through January and having a break of around four months from management.
Mourinho penned a two-year deal with Fenerbache and the club currently sits second in the Turkish top flight, trailing bitter rivals Galatasaray by eight points.

Fenerbahce were last in action on Friday with a 1-1 draw away to Eyupspor, and Mourinho's side are back in action in 2025 when they host Hatayspor on January 5.
Mourinho is one of the greatest managers of the modern era and of all time, having won the Champions League on two occasions, firstly with Porto in 2004 and then Inter Milan in 2010.
Mourinho has won league titles in England with Chelsea, Spain with Real Madrid, Portugal with Porto and Italy with Inter Milan.

He has also picked up silverware during spells in charge of Manchester United and Roma, with a stint overseeing Tottenham Hotspur in between those not yielding any silverware.
Following the draw against Eyupspor, Mourinho did not mince his words about his team's performance, labelling it a 'weak' showing.
He said: "I am not responsible for the match being of such low quality, I am responsible for my own team, and my team also showed a weak performance today."
Mourinho has now left Turkey ahead of Christmas to undergo surgery, though the reason for this has not been disclosed.

Mourinho has taken to his Instagram account to cool any concerns surrounding his health and said that some reports about his condition have been 'exaggerated'.
He confirmed that he will be back to coach his Fenerbahce squad on the first day back following the festive break and that he has no intention of missing a training session.
He wrote: "Happy Christmas and thank you for so many messages. Wishing everyone a happy holiday season. May this time be full of love and happiness for you and your families.

"For those of you who have shown concern, I can confirm reports of my surgery have been greatly exaggerated, it's just a quick and minor procedure. I will resume training on the first day back from the holidays, as always.
"I've never missed a session in 25 years, and I don't intend to start now."
