Gareth Southgate has issued a huge update on an England star's chances of making Euro 2024.
Southgate named a 33-man provisional England squad for this summer competition in Germany, leaving out the likes of Marcus Rashford and Jordan Henderson.
But the likes of Adam Wharton, who has impressed at Crystal Palace, Jarell Quansah and Anthony Gordon made the cut.

Not to mention Luke Shaw, who has played just 15 games across all competitions for Manchester United last season.
He's been out of action since February with a muscular injury.
However, Southgate claims Shaw has a 'good chance' of making Euro 2024 in what would be a huge boost for England.

Speaking ahead of the Three Lions' friendly against Bosnia and Herzegovina tonight, the 53-year-old said: "He’s progressing very well, I have to say."
Southgate added: "I think I said last week that until we had the players in front of us working with us, there was a lot of information that we didn’t have.
"We’re pleased with how he’s progressing. There’s still a bit to do before he can get on the pitch in a game situation.
"But really pleased with the work he’s doing with our physical performance team and our medics, so, yeah, he’s in with a good chance."

It's a far cry to what Southgate said when he initially announced his squad.
"He is up against it. He missed a lot of football," he explained last month.
"The fact he’s been our first choice in that position, we’re probably giving him a bit longer. I’ve spoken with him, but I have to say he’s a long shot to make the final squad."

Despite Shaw's fitness issues, he's the only specialised left-back in Southgate's 33-man party, which will be cut down to 26 players ahead of the tournament.
England are grouped with Slovenia, Serbia and Denmark and begin their Euro 2024 campaign on June 16.
