Eric Dier will have to follow a strict clothing rule that three players have fallen foul of if he completes a move to Bayern Munich.
Over the past couple of weeks, Tottenham Hotspur star Dier has been linked with a surprise move to German Bundesliga champions Bayern.
According to TEAMtalk, Spurs are set to accept an offer from the Bavarian club as they are keen to take the Englishman off their books.

It has been claimed that the fee is believed to be under €10 million as Dier’s contract is set to expire at the end of the current season.
If Dier does move to Bayern, he will have to follow a strict clothing rule just like his former Spurs teammate Harry Kane, who joined the German club in the summer.
According to the Daily Mail, Bayern players are contracted to wear Adidas clothing at all official club events, with football shoes being the only exception.

Three players have been fined by Bayern for wearing Nike clothes back in 2013, they were Mario Gotze, Mario Gomez and Jan Kirchhoff.
Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou snapped at a reporter after he was asked about Dier’s absence from their FA Cup tie against Burnley last week.
He said: “Yeah, he's injured. He just pulled up sore, didn't train yesterday.
“Separate issue, mate, but don't question my integrity when I say he's injured. He's injured, didn't train yesterday.”

Postecoglou continued: “I've got no idea [about Bayern]. It's of no interest. When you ask me whether he's injured, he's injured. Like I didn't make that up.
“If he wasn't injured, I'd say to you he wasn't selected. It's easier for me to say. He's injured and in terms of anything else that's happening, not on my radar, not that I've heard of.
“And if there is something, I'm sure we'll hear of it, but fair to say last 24 hours we've been focusing on the game and the guys who are available.”
