Mauricio Pochettino has impressed Chelsea fans with his coaching during pre-season training, working with one new signing.
It's a bit of a baptism of fire for Pochettino right now having landed at Chelsea with a whole lot to do to turn things around from last season.
The new Blues boss has only got six midfielders in his squad during the club's pre-season tour to America, which isn't exactly a good sign.

Pochettino's new side did kick off their pre-season friendlies with a win over Wrexham, although even then they had to bring a substituted player back on due to an injury.
More encouraging signs however come from a clip of training in which the former PSG manager can be seen giving some hand on tips to a young player.
After the boss tells the player what to do on his runs we can soon see the instant results of what he wants the player to do, in the clip below.
The manager is likely to have a very young squad to work with and the player involved is 18-year-old winger Diego Moreira.

He's a new signing this summer having joined from Benfica when his contract in Portugal expired, after playing just twice for the Portuguese giants.
As a pretty raw talent he may need some looking after from the manager and fans are impressed with his hands on work with the youngster.
"Loved this from Pochettino during open training," said one fan, "He explains to Diego Moreira how he wants his wingers to move in the situation they’re practicing. Moreira takes the feedback on board and a few minutes later, we can see the full picture of what Poch was trying to do."
"We are actually getting coaching, tears in my eyes," added a second.

Worried about getting his heart broken all over again, a third supporter replied: "I am going to fall in love with this guy like I did Tuchel and that scares me."
"This is so refreshing to see after last season," exclaimed another on what came before Poch.
"Moreira did the exact same thing in the match which led to a goal," claimed a fifth.
And another noted: "No nonsense about passion. Just pure coaching. Give the players a plan and then motivate them to deliver on that plan."

It's not just Moreira who the eyes of fans are on this summer, with supporters impressed by youngster Angelo Gabriel in the win over Wrexham.
Angelo from Brazil is another 18-year-old and recently joined the club from Santos, having previously become the youngest player in top-flight football in Brazilian history.
It'll be interesting to see how the young players develop under Pochettino this season and going forward.
