Jamie Carragher made a huge claim about Cole Palmer following his sensational outing for Chelsea against Brighton.
Palmer starred as he scored a stunning four goals in Chelsea's big 4-2 victory over Brighton last weekend.
He became the first player in Premier League history to score four goals in the first half of a game, with one of his strikes coming in sublime fashion.
On Monday Night Football, Carragher analysed Palmer's outrageous performance and touched on his international career.

In doing so, he believes the 22-year-old must play ahead of Phil Foden in the England starting XI.
"I absolutely adore Phil Foden, but Cole Palmer has to play in the England team," he said. "Right now, there is no better player in the Premier League over the last 15 months."
The Liverpool legend added: "If he carries on this again through this season, I think he’s the best player in the Premier League, I do."
Palmer is on course to enjoy another ultra-prolific campaign, having scored an impressive 25 goals across all competitions last season.

Enzo Maresca will be hoping for another successful term from his key man.
On Palmer, the Chelsea boss said: "He is a top player. And the important thing about the previous thing, today in football, young players change very quick.
"They score one goal, and they think they are already... Cole has scored many goals, many assists, he is a top player, but he has never changed. This is the most important thing.

"I know Cole from many years ago," he continued as he reflected on his time with the forward at Manchester City. "I had him for one entire season at City and then the first-team.
"The best thing he has is the way he is today as a boy, he was exactly that way two or three years ago.
"So, goals and assists, the best player in the Premier League; this does not change the way he is. He is a simple guy, a humble guy - and for me, this is the most important thing."
