Fans are convinced Anthony Gordon aimed a brutal dig at Arsenal following Newcastle United's Carabao Cup victory.
Newcastle beat Arsenal 4-0 on aggregate to book their spot in this season's Carabao Cup final.
Wednesday's second-leg ended 2-0 following goals from Jacob Murphy and Gordon, who spoke to Sky Sports following the result at St. James' Park.
"It is important for us to stay humble now," he said. "We had a good run and then two results we didn’t see coming, this is a good game to get us back on track but we need to keep our heads down."

It comes after Arsenal's 5-1 victory over Manchester City, with Erling Haaland's 'stay humble' line coming back to haunt him following his side's defeat at the Emirates.
Myles Lewis-Skelly copied Haaland's celebration when he scored his first Arsenal goal, with the Gunners playing Kendrick Lamar's 'HUMBLE.' track after the final whistle.
Fans reckon Gordon's comment was a dig at Arsenal considering the nature of their celebrations following their victory over Man City.
