It's only been one year since Allan Saint-Maximin swapped the Premier League for the Saudi Pro League, but he could set to leave with one huge club interested in him.
Allan Saint-Maximin was a hugely frustrating player to watch Newcastle United fans; he was so fast and skilful that he made life a nightmare for defenders, yet his decision-making and final ball often let him down.
That said, between 2019 and 2023, the French winger gave supporters some unforgettable memories.

Last summer Saint-Maximin left the club to join Al-Ahli of the Saudi Pro League, signing a three-year contract.
In Jeddah he counts the likes of Riyadh Mahrez, Roberto Firmino and Edouard Mendy as teammates, but Al-Ahli could only finish third in the Saudi Pro League last season.
Now, barely 12 months since he left Europe, the 27-year-old could soon be on his way back.

According to Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu, Fenerbahce are closely monitoring Saint-Maximin's situation.
While the player has not indicated that he wants to leave Al-Ahli, he only managed to score four goals in 30 league games last season, although he did provide 10 assists.
As reported by Sabuncuoglu, "there is no concrete development yet, but he is on the list along with Martin Terrier."
Terrier is another 27-year-old French winger who plays in Ligue 1 with Stade Rennais.

Fenerbahce have just hired Jose Mourinho and are looking to provide him with some talented stars.
Having coached the likes of Chelsea, Real Madrid, Manchester United, Inter Milan and Roma during his trophy-laden career, Fenerbahce are hoping Mourinho can lead them to the Turkish Super Lig title, after missing out by a single point last term.
