Lee Carsley has suggested he would take a different approach in comparison to how former England manager Gareth Southgate handled one player at Euro 2024.
Carsley is currently the Three Lions' interim boss following Southgate's post-Euro 2024 resignation.
He has taken charge of two Nations League matches, winning them both.

The 48-year-old has an opportunity to make it three wins out of three when England host Greece at Wembley on Thursday evening.
According to the Daily Mail, Carsley is planning to play Jude Bellingham as a deep-lying centre-forward amid the absence of Harry Kane through injury.
Cole Palmer and Phil Foden are also expected to play a role at Wembley, with the former in outstanding form at the beginning of the Premier League season.

While Palmer didn't start a single match at Euro 2024, he was still named as England's Player of the Year in a ceremony at St George's Park.
But Carsley has instead picked out Foden as a player that he believes should be playing in a different role to the one he featured in under Southgate.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference ahead of the Greece clash, he explained: "Phil's an unbelievable player. We're very lucky to have someone of his talent and mentality.
"We need to make sure we put him in positions where he can really affect the opposition.

"Sometimes in wider positions he can do it. But we'll have to change the way we play to get the best out of him.
"He'll be central a lot, wider when we're out of possession. Phil's most effective centrally."
Foden often lined up on the left side of attack for England at Euro 2024, though did drift infield more often when Southgate switched to a three-defender system from the quarter-final onwards.

But he regularly plays centrally for Manchester City, and was named as their Player of the Season last year.
