Besiktas head coash Senol Gunes has confirmed the club are trying to find Dele Alli, after the Englishman failed to return to training with the SuperLig club.
Alli - currently on loan at Besiktas from Premier League club Everton - hasn't featured for the Turkish side since being named in the starting lineup for their goalless draw with Antalyaspor on February 26th.
It is understood that the English midfielder had been told that he will play no further part for Besiktas this season, having been "banished" from the first team following a series of lacklustre performances.
It appears as though Alli has taken that banishment literally, having failed to return for first-team training after a pre-approved short break came to an end.

Besiktas manager Senol Gunes is quoted as saying the following:
"We gave Dele Alli permission for a small break, he hasn't come back yet. It's raining, that's probably why he didn't come. We're trying to find out where he is."
Alli returned to London during his break and spent some time mingling with the stars, having been pictured with the family of Keeping with the Kardashian's favourite Kim Kardashian, who embarked on a trip across the UK last week.

With the relationship between Alli and Gunes hitting an all time low, it seems any hopes that the former Spurs favourite may have harboured of returning to SuperLig action have now been quashed.
The Turkish side are understood to have the option of turning Alli's loan move into a permanent one at the end of the season, although it now looks increasingly unlikely that they will opt to trigger the clause inserted into his contract.
Alli's failure to return to training is the latest incident in a career packed with disappointment, the two-time Premier League Young Player of the Year is thought to be surplus to requirements at Everton, leaving his long-term club future in jeopardy.
Serie A giants Milan and Inter have both been linked with a move for the 26-year-old in recent months, although whether they will be keen to pursue such a deal following his latest misdemeanour remains to be seen.
