Legendary football reporter Geoff Shreeves is leaving Sky Sports after 32 years, it has been confirmed.
Shreeves has been an on-screen mainstay with Sky since 1992, the same year when the Premier League was formed, and grew into one of the most recognisable reporters in the game.
He has been involved in some of the most memorable interview moments with players and managers and his involvement in the FIFA franchise, where he provided injury updates and soundbites, saw his stock rise even more and introduced him to a new generation of fans.
The announcement was made on Tuesday morning by Sky, with Shreeves expressing his thanks and gratitude and his excitement for new experiences.

"There's an old saying that you always have to know the best time to leave even the greatest party," he said.
"And that's what my 32 years at Sky have been - the most fantastic party I could ever imagined attending. From the first kick of a ball in the live coverage of the Premier League to Manchester City's title celebrations last season - with plenty in between.
"I have been fortunate to work for a ground-breaking company who have helped revolutionise football. But the time is right to move on.
"Sky have been incredibly generous in recognition of my service and I can't speak more highly of so many people I've worked with there over three decades. I now have the opportunity for new experiences which I'm looking forward to announcing in the very near future."

Shreeves had plenty of frosty exchanges with the likes of Jurgen Klopp and Sir Alex Ferguson, and no-one will ever forget the time he told Branislav Ivanovic he was suspended for the 2012 Champions League final.
His departure, along with the exits of long-time iconic commentator Martin Tyler and veteran Soccer Saturday host Jeff Stelling, marks the end of an era for Sky.
Similarly, Liverpool legend and pundit Graeme Souness has also ended his 15-year spell with the company.
