Fans have accused Sky Sports of 'faking' the atmosphere during Liverpool's Merseyside derby clash against Everton.
On Wednesday night, Liverpool returned to Premier League action as they looked to restore their 12-point lead over Arsenal.
Under the lights at Anfield, Liverpool had to dig deep against a stubborn Everton side.

In the end, Arne Slot's men came away 1-0 winners thanks to Diogo Jota's goal in the 57th minute.
Prior to the match, the atmosphere inside Anfield was electric as the home crowd sang the club's anthem - You'll Never Walk Alone.
However, while watching on Sky Sports, fans were left confused as the audio appeared to be out of sync with the action, which led to fans accusing the broadcaster of 'faking' the atmosphere.

One fan said: "Sky faking the famous Anfield atmosphere. Couldn’t write it."
Another tweeted: "Sky Sports proving Anfield does have a recording of the fans singing YNWA."
A third fan added: "Sky sports screwed up the Anfield speakers. Confirmed Myth of an atmosphere."
Someone else wrote: "SKY SPORTS FAKING THE ANFIELD ATMOSPHERE, listen closely."

A fifth commented: "Did Liverpool's speakers just break during YNWA and show their 'atmosphere' for what it is, or are Sky playing fake audio over the top to promote a fake atmosphere?"

As a result of the vital win over Everton, Liverpool are now 13 points away from clinching the Premier League title.
Speaking after the match, captain Virgil van Dijk said: "I think everyone wants to be in our position and we worked so hard to be in our position.
"Now we have to keep going, keep the same focus, keep the same mentality as we have been doing the whole season. The season so far has been outstanding and we just have to keep going."

He added: "We have a tough one again in London on Sunday that we have to be ready for and that will be the focus right now."
Liverpool are back in Premier League action on Sunday afternoon when they take on Fulham at Craven Cottage.
